At Finders Keepers Furniture, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on all eligible items. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping cartons with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is approved, our specialized furniture freight partners will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside or in-home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
